FAQ
Unlike low-cost VPN providers, which require multiple add-on charges, our plans include an isolated VPS, dedicated IP, root access and a choice of 7 top-tier VPN protocols in each plan. Signing up is entirely anonymous, with no KYC or even an email address required to get started.
It is definitely worth choosing a longer subscription. At SHP, each VPN costs per year is much lower than a monthly subscription. In fact, when you pay annually, you get 2 months for free. That's why it is reasonable to choose an annual subscription to save costs. Compare our monthly and annual subscription plans directly on the pricing page. If you still have some doubts, it's up to you to subscribe for a month to test all the functions, and then shift to the annual subscription.
Yes, you can shift to any other VPN plan if you change your mind or you need more resources for a private VPN for your current needs. However, you cannot change your plan automatically. This must be done manually by deleting your existing server through live chat or by writing to our email. For this, you need to delete your current server using a live chat or via email (support@shp.network) and launch a new one.
The number of devices you can connect to a private VPS by SHP.Network has no hard limits. Default configurations support from 10 to 32 devices, depending on the chosen protocol. If you need to connect multiple devices without compromising on the server's performance, using a lightweight protocol like WireGuard is recommended.
SHP.Network provides a dedicated IP for each private VPS. The cost of a dedicated IP is already included in the price of VPN, so you don't need to pay extra for it.
No, we do not have a free trial period. We provide each user with a top-tier private server for a reasonable VPN service cost. Such a server provides high performance and requires proper service maintenance, unlike free VPN services.
